An illustrated poster for Louise Osmond’s award-winning inspirational documentary Dark Horse: The Incredible True Story Of Dream Alliance.

Dark Horse is the inspirational true story of a group of friends from a Welsh working men’s club who take on the elite ‘sport of kings’ and breed themselves a racehorse.

I worked with James Merchant from Picturehouse and designer Sam Ashby on producing a poster that not only featured this magnificent and miraculous horse but also showed the wealth of characters amongst the syndicate and the glory of the Welsh valleys.
